Refund and Cancellation policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

1. Refunds are subject to approval of the delivery and the scope of service contract signed at the time of onboarding.
2. In case of any refunds approved by Epigroww Global Private Limited, it will take 10 days for the refund to be processed to you.
3. If refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
